Can I do this remotely?
Absolutely. We’ve successfully hosted these intensives for clients all over the world using Zoom. If you’d rather not travel, this is a great option. Just be sure you have a reliable internet connection so we can move quickly and make the most of our time together.
Everything we do is captured, transcribed and turned into a “living document” and blueprint in real time.
What time zone are we working in?
We typically operate in Mountain Standard Time (MST) or Pacific Standard Time (PST) for the remote and live sessions. If you’re attending from a different time zone, we’ll work with you to find the best overlapping hours to ensure a smooth experience.
What if the listed dates don’t work for me?
Right now, we have three prime dates set aside. However, if these don’t work for you, simply place your refundable deposit—we’ll do our best to find an alternative date that fits your schedule. If we can’t make the dates align or this experience isn’t the right fit, we’ll refund your deposit.
What exactly does the $5k deposit cover?
The deposit reserves your spot and covers initial prep work, including onboarding calls and preliminary research on your idea. It’s refundable if we can’t find a date that works for you or if we determine this isn’t the right fit.
It's also a “skin-in-the-game” deposit that shows you're not messing around or wasting our time – if you're going to work with Mike and his team, you know he's the real deal.
How do I know if this intensive is right for me?
If you’re an entrepreneur (new or seasoned) with a big idea or product you’re serious about launching, or if you’re stuck in your current business and need clarity and a strategic blueprint, you’ll benefit greatly from this accelerated experience.
Mike has built and sold five companies, had two public exits and creates and launches an average of 20 companies per year with and for his clients.
Will I receive any support after the intensive?
Yes. While the primary focus is on the 1-day session, we’ll provide detailed documentation and next-step recommendations. You’ll walk away with a clear plan, which can include options for additional follow-up or further collaboration (depending on your needs).
What if I’m completely new to business or marketing?
No problem. The process is designed to meet you where you are. We’ll guide you step-by-step to clarify your audience, craft your offer, and map out a plan that fits your stage of growth.
Having said that, 95% of our clients are not first-timers.
What is the schedule for the 1-day intensive?
We typically start in the morning (MST or PST time), break for lunch, and continue into the afternoon. We can adapt the schedule to your time zone if you’re remote. If you’re in-person, we’ll coordinate a unique experience including a sunset dinner the night before.
Where do I stay if I come in person?
We’ll provide you with recommended accommodations near Pescadero. It's approximately 1 hour, 15 minutes from Cabo International Airport. We're about 15 minutes south of Todos Santos.
Options range from boutique hotels to private villas, depending on your preference. We also include transportation to and from Cabo International Airport. Rates are approximately $300-$600 per night to rent casistas or a nearby hotel.
Do I need any special technology or software?
If you’re attending remotely, you’ll need a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone (your laptop is fine). If you’re attending in person, just bring your laptop; we’ll take care of the rest.
What if none of the listed dates work for me?
We currently have three prime dates available. If you’re serious about the experience and need alternate dates, just leave your refundable deposit. We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule or propose other options.
